Improvement is to change, success is to change more than the others!

Change needs innovation.
Innovation needs creativity!
Creativity is the ability to solve problems, create, and shape ideas and novel concepts
Good ideas only emerge after intensive engagement with a task. Whether alone or in a team, it takes time and repeated mulling over the problem to discover possible solutions. A creative process requires constant brooding—then, at some point, the famous 'brainwave' will appear. Guaranteed.
The creative process can only be accelerated through cheerful teamwork
Time and quality pressures dominate everyday life, and deadlines are fixed. You can make better and faster progress in a team than on your own. Especially when there are no boundaries within the team, everything is allowed, and communication is open. Once an idea is on the table, it belongs to everyone. Anyone can take it up, improve it, and create something new from it. The wonderful thing about it: I've never seen a time when no idea came from it.
The difficulty of companies to be creative
Companies are inherently creative themselves, but often focus on specific areas, their product, their technology. For example, our automotive industry is known for building excellent cars, but was rudely surprised by the disruption brought about by electromobility because it had been stuck in familiar, success-oriented ways for too long. An outside perspective can help us ask new questions and consider completely different perspectives.
Creativity only arises from breaking rules – that's easier for outsiders
Companies should seek input from outsiders in a timely manner. This applies to large and small companies and startups alike. For example, after a young company is founded, when it's going through its first ups and downs, an outside perspective can help us see our own situation and challenges more clearly and find our compass again.
New perspectives are important
Even if companies, industries, and professional groups are in constant communication with one another, promote continuing education, and train creativity internally, an outside perspective remains important for coming up with something fundamentally new. Creativity only emerges from breaking rules – this is easier for outsiders.
Dare to innovate more!
Anyone who wants to assert themselves in the market long-term should actively seek out the innovation process. First, the company should identify its potential weaknesses. Internal creative processes can help with this. External facilitation or external off-site events with a mix of different departments promote a change of perspective. This is very beneficial.
The application of the Design Thinking Method ensures that creative "rule breakers" quickly and efficiently transform into an innovative, cooperative team. This mix is what makes the concept so successful. Drawing, writing, pasting – everything is allowed. The variety of answers, rule breaking, and boldness shows how efficient human creativity can be.
